Synthetic fiber - Hicopla®
"Steel fiber is used for post crack strength. But after cracking, it will rust out."
Hicopla divided into Macro fiber and Micro fibers. Macro fiber are used to reinforce structurally concrete and the other micro fibers are to minimize shringkage cracking during young ages of concrete.
Specialties 1) Highest bonding Its rebar shape give perfect bonding.
2) Prestressed fiber ( Young modulus of 4~6GPa) Hicopla Super Macro is a good reinforcing material which can replace steel fiber.
3) high tensile fiber ( 500 ~600MPa) Hicopla Super Macro is a good reinforcing material which can replace steel fiber.
4) most durable fiber ( polyolefin copolymeric fiber) It is rust resistant and alkali resistant and acid resistant.

HiCopla® micro mono is a good solution for plastic shringkage cracking during early concrete.
Invisible micro cracks at shringkage phase ages can be major cause of macro cracks after hardening. HiCopla micro mono can be helpful for plastic shringkage crack control.
